The death of Morrisons?

I used to work for Morrisons up in Birmingham. I was 16 and was earning £2.09 an hour. They used to make me work til well after midnight on school nights (my shift was 5 til 10) and there was no mention of overtime. After I was assaulted by a customer one night, they were entirely uninterested so I quit.
I have no loyalty to the store; they really do not cater to vegans the way the bigger stores do. I would only pop in if I needed something in a hurry.

Over the years, I have had awful problems with security who profile people with tattoos. Funnily enough, so has one of my mates back in the Midlands... I would often get followed round by these young men who assumed all tattood people were shop lifters. A formal complaint means I am now generally left alone...

One checkout kid once complained to me that they would not let him go on lunch. He was diabetic and needed to eat.

Recently, my cousin had to leave his job at another Morrisons in Birmingham after he had a crate fall on his arm and they refused to let him go home early. By the time he got home and showed his mother, he was dangerously close to losing his arm. Arm was saved. Court case pending.

No respect for their staff or customers at all.

Anyway, today I needed a couple of bits so popped in to the local store. It was... weird... The prices are stupidly high; like twice the price of Tesco Metro. It was also dead in there. I was looking across the store and it just screams "dying business". They tend to get busier at Christmas because people always assume Morrisons will be quieter than Tesco but myprediction is this branch will be gone by the end of the Olympics next year. I just cannot see how they could be surviving as it stands.
